Common Rail Volumetric Control Valve (VCV)
The VCV (Volume Control Valve) is a key electronically controlled actuator in the high-pressure common rail diesel fuel system. It is primarily installed on the fuel inlet (low-pressure) side of the high-pressure fuel pump to regulate the amount of fuel entering the pump's compression chamber. By controlling the fuel delivery of the high-pressure pump, it enables precise regulation of the common rail pressure.
High Control Accuracy: Precisely regulates the fuel supplied to the high-pressure pump, minimizing common rail pressure fluctuations for more stable engine performance and improved fuel efficiency.
Fast Response: Responds rapidly to ECU commands with millisecond-level actuation, delivering better acceleration performance and smoother transitions under varying operating conditions.
Stable Flow Control: Maintains consistent fuel flow output across all operating conditions, ensuring stable idling and sufficient fuel supply under high-load operation.
High Pressure and High Temperature Resistance: Designed to withstand harsh engine operating conditions for extended service life and reliable long-term performance.
