The Common Rail Suction Control Valve (SCV) is a proportional solenoid valve installed on the suction side of the high-pressure fuel pump in diesel common rail systems. It is controlled by the ECU via a PWM signal to regulate the valve opening, thereby precisely controlling the fuel flow entering the high-pressure pump and achieving accurate closed-loop control of common rail pressure.
Its core function is demand-based fuel supply with fast response, stable rail pressure, reduced energy consumption, improved combustion efficiency, and enhanced engine performance, fuel economy, and emissions control. In modern diesel common rail systems, the SCV is an essential component for achieving efficient and low-emission fuel management.
High-precision flow control — Precisely regulates fuel flow to ensure stable rail pressure.
Fast dynamic response — Rapid response to ECU commands across all operating conditions.
Stable and reliable operation — Maintains consistent fuel delivery and improves engine smoothness.
Excellent environmental adaptability — Resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and wear under harsh conditions.
OE-level manufacturing quality — Precision engineering and strict testing ensure stable and reliable performance.
