The Fuel Metering Valve (FMV) is a key electronically controlled actuator in modern diesel high-pressure common rail fuel systems. Controlled by PWM signals from the ECU, it precisely regulates the amount of fuel entering the high-pressure pump, enabling accurate closed-loop control of common rail pressure. By optimizing fuel delivery, the FMV improves pumping efficiency, reduces high-pressure pump energy consumption, stabilizes injection pressure, and enhances engine performance, fuel economy, and emissions. It is an essential control component in today's common rail fuel injection systems.

High-Precision Fuel Metering — Accurately regulates fuel flow to maintain stable common rail pressure.

Fast Dynamic Response — Responds rapidly to ECU commands for real-time fuel supply control.

Stable Fuel Delivery — Ensures consistent fuel flow under all operating conditions, improving engine smoothness.

Long Service Life — Designed to withstand high pressure, high temperatures, and harsh operating environments.

Reliable OE-Level Quality — Manufactured to OE standards and subjected to rigorous testing for consistent, dependable performance.
